    Due to essential maintenance, the Wiley Online Test Bank will be offline Saturday, 5/18/13, from approximately 9:00 AM ET to 11:00 PM ET.

    We recommend users download the offline player (“Download Center” tab) prior to 5/18 to continue studying during the downtime. Scores from the offline player will sync back to the Online Test Bank once it is restored.

    Test Bank Scoring Change

    Test Bank scoring changed on 1/22/13. Current and past scoring methods for Practice, Pop Quiz and Take a Test modes are listed below.

    PRACTICE SESSION
    As of 1/22/2013 the last answer selected before clicking “Next Question” is recorded for scoring. Users can click one answer and then change the answer selection before proceeding without affecting the score. Score reports are based on the number of correct questions out of the total attempted.

    Previous Scoring:
    On 1/22/2013 Online Test Bank Scoring was modified. Prior to that date the “first-clicked” answer was recorded for scoring. Any subsequent answer selection was not recorded.

    The following table describes how scoring was handled in the Online Test Bank by release version:

    POP QUIZ

    Users can navigate between questions and change an answer at any time prior completing the Practice Test session.     SUMMARY

    Registering the CPA Test Bank Online indicates that the user accepts the terms in the license agreement.  There are no refunds on any digital product or print and digital bundles after a user has accepted to the terms and has activated their subscription.

    PRINT PRODUCT RETURNS

    Print products purchased as stand-alone items are eligible for a full refund if they are returned within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. Print products received in a bundle are not eligible for a refund.

    REFUNDS PROCESS

    To return an eligible product the customer should contact a customer care representative to begin the return process. Customer care can be contacted either via Live Chat or by calling 1.800.762.2974. All eligible print product returns must be postmarked at the customer’s expense within the 30 day return period.  Returns are processed and refunds are issued within 4-6 weeks of product being received back by Wiley in acceptable condition.

    PRICING AND DISCOUNTS

    Wiley does not match competitor pricing or honor promotion codes after the promotion period has expired. Valid promo codes may be entered code in the Promotion/Discount Information field in your shopping cart. Promo codes also may be used when placing a mail, fax, or phone order.

    What’s the difference between Practice Session, Pop Quiz, and Take a Test?

    Practice sessions allow you to customize a study session to meet your study criteria for any session.  Selecting the Pop Quiz button allows you to take a short, ten question multiple choice exam.  The Take a Test functionality simulates an actual exam.

    Can I customize my tests?

    Yes, you can customize your practice sessions by selecting the Practice Session button on the home screen. The Configure Practice Session screen allows you to choose criteria, including the number of questions that make up the session, the times you’ve seen specific questions, and the modules to create the session.
